Metro’s Customer Care Center hours have been extended to 9:00 p.m., Monday through Friday!
We can extend these hours through a partnership with EZConnect—a centralized, one-call regional service that lets transit riders across multiple counties access support through a single, easy-to-use phone number.
More hours. Same commitment to serving you.
We`ve been out and about adding photos to our library and thought we should share some of our favorites so far!
If you’ve been using the Transit app, you may have noticed a feature called “Royale” and wondered what it’s all about.
Royale is the premium version of the app that provides enhanced features for a smoother rider experience. Metro has partnered with the Transit App to provide this feature to our riders for free! With Royale, you get access to features like live vehicle tracking, future transit schedules, more trip options when planning, and added personalization tools like custom app icons and profile settings.

Fountain Square has long been a symbol of Cincinnati—built for the people and gifted to the people.
Originally placed in the middle of Fifth Street, the fountain was donated by Henry Probasco in honor of his late business partner, Tyler Davidson, and as a thank-you to the community that supported their success.
Over time, as the square evolved, the fountain was moved, reoriented, and restored. Its most recent renovation in 2006 brought concerts, dining, a seasonal ice rink, and more, making it a true gathering space for modern Cincinnati.
From its bronze beginnings to its now-familiar green patina, Fountain Square remains a lasting tribute to the city’s past and present.
